Greg chairs Urban Commission Conference in Newcastle

Greg today chaired the afternoon session of the Local Government Association's Urban Commission conference in Newcastle, in his capacity as deputy chair and Lib Dem group leader on the Commission. He introduced a presentation on participatory budgeting by community representatives in the west of Newcastle, and chaired a debate involving David Frost, the chief executive of the British Chambers of Commerce, and a leading social entrepreneur.
